Gary Young, is the CEO at Peppermint Technology. Peppermint is a legal software company, dedicated to exclusively helping large law firms transform how they do business. Gary’s goal is for Peppermint Technology to be recognised as the best and most innovative software company in the legal technology market, enabling businesses to modernise, transform and grow. So far so good. Gary took the helm at Peppermint 3 years ago and the company has gone from strength to strength. This last year, 100% of new customers were top 100 firms, and 47% of those were in the top 50. He’s also seen the onboarding of our first two customers in the US.

With over 30 years experience across the broader technology industry – including in his former roles as Executive Vice President of KCOM Group Plc and CEO of Mettoni Group – Gary has no shortage of experience or knowledge – and that shines through in everything he does at Peppermint.
