Peppermint Technology and SigParser Partner to Empower Law Firms with Enhanced Relationship Intelligence Solutions

Peppermint Technology, a leading provider of front-office software solutions for law firms, is excited to announce its strategic partnership with SigParser, a provider of advanced Relationship Intelligence solutions. This collaboration aims to revolutionize client relationship management for large law firms by leveraging state-of-the-art technology to extract valuable relationship insights from emails, calendars, and other data sources.
As part of the partnership, SigParser will integrate their Relationship Intelligence data and functionality directly into Peppermint’s Client Engagement CRM solution. This integration will enable law firms to automatically extract relationship insights from emails, calendars, and other data sources, providing a comprehensive, 360-degree view of client relationships to optimize their marketing efforts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver personalized client experiences.
Peppermint and SigParser recently partnered with a leading UK law firm with over 400 attorneys’ to deliver a comprehensive solution. The project included migrating off of the firms old CRM by leveraging SigParser to get the most accurate and up to date information about client relationships loaded into the new instance of Peppermint with no data entry required by the firms attorneys. Peppermint CRM was deployed and configured in parallel to the data migration so the firm could start using Peppermint’s functionality as soon as the data migration was complete. This approach significantly reduced the time needed to deploy the joint solution. Going forward the firms will use the combined solution to keep their relationship data up to date in real time and to have a 360 degree view of client data via Peppermint ensuring they can deliver the highest quality client experiences possible.
