Meet The Green Team: Russell Bell

We sat down with Russell Bell, Senior CRM Solution Specialist at Peppermint Technology, to get to know a bit more about him and hear about what makes life at Peppermint so great!

How long have you been working at Peppermint?

6 years

What’s your favourite memory of working at Peppermint?

Going to Las Vegas at LMA last spring! It was surreal to be at a stand demonstrating Client Engagement (CE) to people on other side of world.

What has been your greatest achievement during your time working at Peppermint?

When I first started at Peppermint, CE was still in the early stages so being able to follow the product’s journey with it now being sold to top 100 firms makes me really proud- especially being able to demo it to US customers in person at LMA.

Who do you enjoy working with the most at Peppermint?

The people at Peppermint are the best thing about working here and I truly enjoy working with everyone, but me and Sophie can always have a laugh!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I’m happiest when spending time with my family and I love to cook for them. I like building Lego (despite how long it takes- the picture below took 6 months to complete!) and also spend a lot of time supporting Manchester United.

Do you have any pets?

I have a cat called Cherry and two fish named Bubbles and Aqua

What would your dream holiday destination be?

Southeast Asia! I went when I was younger but would love to go back with my daughter when she’s a bit older.
