Meet The Green Team: Sarah Kemp
We sat down with Sarah Kemp, Head of Product Enablement at Peppermint Technology, to get to know a bit more about her and hear about what makes life at Peppermint so great!
How long have you been working at Peppermint?
3 years & 5 months
What’s your favourite memory of working at Peppermint?
Late 2019 & early 2020. We launched Product Central with a treasure hunt and a launch day (printed doughnuts & cupcakes everywhere!). We also ran an exciting release readiness programme for CX365 Case & Matter Management (our first CX365 release) with Q&A panels, afternoon/evening bootcamps etc. A lot of in-person activity and some great examples of teamwork.
What has been your greatest achievement during your time working at Peppermint?
There have been so many achievements that I am proud of. None of which I can claim as all my own, they were achieved collaboratively by so many fellow Pepperminters, just a few examples:
The release of our first CX365 product. A hive of activity across the whole business to be ready. I don’t think we appreciated the number of changes required across the business to enable, but we had fun getting there!
Launching Product Central. This intranet site was a game changer for Peppermint with regards to our internal Product knowledge management.
Launching Minerva, Peppermints LMS. Through eLearning content, we share our wealth of product knowledge and best practice know how to enable great business outcomes for our clients.
Who do you enjoy working with the most at Peppermint?
What a tricky question! I can’t single out one individual. I have some amazing relationships with colleagues at Peppermint & our 3rd party partners & if I’m honest, I enjoy working with everyone.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love spending time with my grown-up children and being lucky enough to have a very close extended family, spending time with as many of them as I can is something I prioritise and really enjoy. I also enjoy cycling, going to the gym, amateur photography, reading, long all-weather walks, travelling & antique shopping. Lastly - I love graffiti (photographing it and having a go myself, I’m not very good – yet 😉).
What would your dream holiday destination be?
My dream holiday destination for so many years was Route 66. Lucky enough to make it a reality only a few weeks ago! Over 3000 miles in 3 weeks from Chicago to Los Angeles, with the addition of detours to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas (be rude not to!). It really was everything I had dreamt of and more!
Currently on the hunt for a new dream destination 😉
